He was talking trash about china a few weeks ago wasn't he? Then China begins threatening war and flashing nukes and he goes silent and writes a thank you letter. Nothing wrong with engaging in diplomacy but this guy has no idea what he is doing. They called his bluff. He backs down when confronted.

Chinese leadership already smells a chickensh*t.
