1. 100% chance they want to send protesters there

If given the chance there is a 100% chance the Republicans will start sending protesters to Guantanamo, especially once Trump starts our next big war, protesters will be labeled enemy combatants. And members of the media will be there as well. It could easily be expanded to house 100,000 or more dissidents.
