21. is it legal to spend money raised for your legal defense on whatever you want

is it okay to use money you convinced people that you need for your legal defense fund on your own personal bills, buying new cell phones and paying off credit card debt and your vehicles, it would seem like you misrepresented what you needed money for, and defrauded those who donated
