69. There will always be "conflicts"

between people with disparate views, goals, and means to an end. But if each "chair" can "speak" on behalf of the larger interests of the wings of the party and then bring that to the DNC as a whole, it will at least establish that there will be advocates for those viewpoints and their voices are being heard.
