6. Trump does not understand what he is doing

You can do downsizing in a private business. The store shortens hours or
drops services or can't handle your business, you go elsewhere, to other
businesses.

That's not the case with government services. They are the only provider in
many instances. All he's doing is irritating the public, the voters. This is going
