The 'pukes will probably wreck it--the Heritage Fuckdation (= kochs with one degree of separation) put out a "Blueprint" for cutting back the Federal Government that the 'puke congress is likely to follow (= get their ideas and legislation handed to them by the kochs).

FEHB is targeted for cuts because it's too good for the proles.

So, Issa is piling deception on deception.

When the 'pukes vote his suggestion through both houses of Con-gress and dump signs it, then I'll believe it.
