23. It is despicable to pretend that it means anything how the shooter registered

There are tens of millions of people who register to vote however the heck they want to for whatever real or delusional reasons they might have. It would mean nothing if the shooter was a Republican. It would mean nothing if the shooter was a Democrat. Green, Libertarian - it wouldn't matter. Union member, Tea Party supporter, it does not matter. A group organized to carry out crimes like this for a political reason, now THAT would matter, but a voter registration card?

No political party has any control over who chooses to join it for any or no reason whatsoever. It is simply evil to try to score political points, in any direction, over what party a potential crazy chose to register as.
