Maybe he wasn't even registered and didn't care about politics at all. There are a lot of people who aren't even registered. There are people registered that might or might not vote depending on the weather or whatever. And people that pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. Everyone that is saying it means nothing is right. But, we do have to talk about how we can spot this kind of thing coming and how we treat people with these kinds of mental problems.
