A lot of backpack,masked, 'dressed in black' were arrested during inauguration day WashingtonDC 'violence' & seem to be less active, fewer in numbers at protests after that day.

IMO, Bannon still has 24/7 "presidents ear" and Trump has personal contact with fox every single day
