Ryan was a vindictive move over Trump's calling out Ryan's failure (not Trump's) for Ryan's health care bill failure.

Trump has had a lifetime of blaming others for his failures and his experience in this area shows. He is setting Ryan up when the inevitable impeachment comes. It won't save Trump from impeachment, but it will give Trump an out to blame it on someone else!
