30. it reminds me of the paid for air strike in Catch 22.

They clear the base of all personnel and stage an air raid. Of course in World War 2 the allies quickly learned it was useless bombing air bases. They can fill in the holes in a few days at most and there is so little infrastructure for the amount of area that facility damage is usually minimal. I think Putin ordered to make 45 look like he's a stand up guy.
