.... problem w/N Korea can be solved w/diplomacy and war is not the only
answer. But Trump feels the Russia investigation closing in on him and so
he wants to start some shit.

During the cold war we had a hot line between the US and Russia to stop
any chance of starting WW III by mistake and why we can't talk now is beyond
me.
