in my opinion McTurdle et al. will work on the Senate version in virtual secrecy, then attempt to ram it through / reconcile with the House version as fast as possible. Minimize scrutiny and attention. They truly care about repealing the taxes the ACA enacts on the wealthy. Everything else is secondary.
