Funny though, Shit Gibbon was able to name him first when asked about his team of foreign policy "experts" during the campaign. Must have stepped on Shit Gibbon's foot or something to cause him to be remembered like that.

They are right though. Carter doesn't know anything about anything except Rosneft and a 5% share for Herr Shit Gibbon. Ruh Roh Raggy.
