I'm pretty sure the source for this information has already been plugged. I think the IC is trying to force Trump and Kushner into a state of paranoia. As Malcolm Nance puts it, the goal is for them to start getting "buggy." Imagine if someone reported on every single thing you did on random days -- who you talked to, what you ate, even when you thought you were in private. You start suspecting everyone and eventually, your paranoia leads you to slip up.
The leaks will continue until the spooks have the evidence they need. I'm fairly certain Kushner is going to be charged with something.
