But he can't fire Schneiderman, who also has the RICO power. Trumpy could lose his hotels, all of his property, AND his shirt to the courts in New York, and Trumpy can't do a thing about it. Reportedly, three investigations are being conducted in New York, all of them targeting Trumpy. Two investigations are Organized Crime-related and also target around 70 people; the Financial Crimes unit is targeting 30-40 people.
