When the head of state or government talks about someone's "crimes" in public, they have destroyed the chance of a fair trial. It's bad enough that he talked that way as a candidate, but as the "leader of the country", you just can't talk about the "crimes" of someone who has not been convicted.

Not that I think there were any crimes by Hillary or other Democrats; it's just another example of Trump screwing his own plans because he's an idiot. Or he knows no one will ever start investigating, so he's decided to just libel her, because he thinks he can get away with it.
