Rump's makeup, and the type of people who battle for places around him, that replacing him has no chance of making these factions of hyenas, weasels, crocodiles and rattlesnakes functional and able to get along, much less willing. We've read, of course, that the WH is a vicious, high stress, back-stabbing sewer for all who work there. With them, it would be even without Rump's famous preference for strife. But it will never be without that.

This is what living in interesting times means, short the rivers of blood of course.
