30. You would think the North would just eventually collapse

I don't recall a lot of people predicting the end of the Soviet Union and that seemed to happen relatively rapidly. I know it is a lot different situation, but perhaps one day the government will disintegrate. I can't imagine how horrible it is there for the average person.
