It's like the zombie apocalypse -- the attempts to repeal just keep coming...

The GOP is so desperate for a win they'll turn back flips through a ring of fire to get something Donnie Two Scoops can scribble his name on and hold it up to the camera and say, "Look, I can sign my name on whatever is put in front of me!"
