on Venezuelan crude since they have invested in refineries which are designed to handle the stuff. That's not exactly news. But from that simple fact to the wild-eyed conspiracies about the CIA, Bush, Colombia, the Bilderberg Group, etc. is not just a stretch - it's fantasy a la Alex Jones variety.
