I haven't seen him this reserved since? Forever. I have no recollection of him articulating and enunciating every syllable. So now we know what he was doing when he wasn't playing golf.
They tied him to a chair and he practiced over and over reciting this speech.

Can't wait for the talking heads to dissect what he said. Given that he has talked forever about getting out of Afghanistan, he had to do a 180. Hence the need for the sprinkles on his Wheaties.
