get a prescription from a clinic in Louisiana filled in Arkansas. They had gotten it transferred and filled, but when she presented her insurance card it was denied. I heard her say she had gotten the insurance through Obamacare in 2016 before moving. She left without the medicine. I wondered if she knew she had to renew her coverage for 2017 and if she had to qualify in Arkansas. We have extended Mericaid, but don't know residency requirements.

People need navigators and someplace to call.
