The proposed path has the wall cutting through private property. If this lawsuit fails, eminent domain lawsuits filed by the property owners will almost certainly be allowed to advance. This will be tied up in the courts for decades. To the idiots that believed this will actually happen, they, once again, got fleeced by Don the Con.
