I walked past this building in July and learned a rather unsettling fact: The building has openable windows all the way to the top. (I refuse to waste film on anything Donald Trump owns, so have no pictures of it.) They're at the bottom of floor-to-ceiling window sets and they are hinged at the bottom...so not only does your apartment flood if you leave the windows open during a rainstorm, but if someone wanted to murder a TWT tenant for whatever reason all he'd have to do is lift the window off its hinges, shove the tenant out through it and put the window back in place.
