We spend decades getting re-newables up and running to a point of making a difference and you want rate payers NAILED by your Coal and Nuke buddies?? Even in the Koch brothers owned Kansas we're at 1/3 of all energy is produced from wind and solar and soon to be 50%. It wasn't that many years ago it was 0%.

Westar Energy wised up and started building wind farms galore despite the Koch's and the other kook Republicans who run this State. NOW...they get asshat like Perry to coming running to their rescue.

Sure Rick,we as rate payers should be PUNISHED for using wind and solar to power homes and business.
