29. The Statute of Limitations can be waved in cases of sexual assault

as it was in the case of the woman who alleged that Trump (and Jeffrey Epstein) raped her back in the early 1990s when she was 13-years-old at one of Epstein's "Lolita" parties at his NYC townhouse.

I followed that case closely and posted numerous threads on it last year.

In that case, which was a N.Y. Federal District Court civil case, the plaintiff dropped the charges after receiving numerous death threats.
(Judy Bloom was her last attorney)

Despite the fact that THIS case was filed in NY State Court, I believe the statute of limitations may still be waved by the judge, since it is a sexual assault case
