And it can’t be the interview where he said in the Access Hollywood interview. They need to prove that he assaulted that specific woman at the specific time she claimed.

Proof that a meeting took place is not sufficient. They need a confession (either verbal or in writing) from Trump, or some kind of physical evidence that proves his guilt. No judge, or Mueller, will allow a case to even get off the ground in criminal court without it.

It’s probably why she’s going after him in civil court, something Mueller can’t do.
