6. How do you teach people to be decent?

That's a serious question. There is a lot of environmental and inherent human urges that teach people to be indecent. Look at our president who made his entire career about screwing over other people and being an asshole. Assholes have been rewarded for being indecent, and it encourages more of it.

That's why we need a deterrent not just hope that people will be decent. Indecent people exist and we don't know who they are until they do something. Ask any feminist. Any male is a potential threat to some.
