Granted, he hasn't (YET!!) launched some useless invasion of another country under false pretext in order to boost his company's stock (à la Cheney/Halliburton), and the Trump Tower Pyöngyang was probably not on the drawing board in any case.

But other than Gorsuch, which is more McConnell's doing than anything Trump had a hand in, his "accomplishments" have been more things the USA has had to be ashamed of more than anything to brag about.
