15. I am not sure if I agree...

he has rolled back environmental regulations and put "industry" people in charge at the EPA/Department of the Interior.

He put in place a Supreme Court judge (which the republicans stole from Obama) and that is going to having lasting impact.

I personally did not want him to achieve the things he talked about or promised (I knew he did not have an actual plan for health care), so a report about him not achieving is a good thing.
