He uses hardball legal tactics to keep IRS auditors away. But reporter David Fahrenthold with just public documents was able to find evidence of fraud and tax evasion in the Trump Foundation. David Cay Johnson wrote a book about Trump's financial dealings. Again with just public information, he found evidence of criminal activity. There's a reason Trump doesn't want you to see his tax returns.
