11. When they say schools what grades are they talking about and what ages?

If a 7 year old has had the "extra" training does that mean they get to take their gun to school? Do all of the hormone pumped teenagers get to take guns to school now? Talk about giving bullies a whole hell of a lot more power. Then there is the bullied who are legally able to bring a gun to blow away anyone who happens to give them the wrong look that day. Nothing like an angry child grabbing the gun off of teacher and blowing classmates and teacher away.
