Rex Tillerson said the President’s remarks were more “tongue-in-cheek,” but “there was also a lot of truth to it.”

We was totally kidding, except he wasn't. He was making a joke, but did you ever stop to think maybe he WASN'T making a joke? He's not being serious, but y'know, when you think about it, he's being TOTALLY serious. In a non-serious way. Seriously. For real. Maybe?
