This is the same warmed-over drivel he's been saying for more than a year. All generalities and completely devoid of detail. And always entirely false and misleading.

I don't do Twitter, but someone should respond to him pointing out that the individual mandate is at its highest historical approval rating, and that if people want to see historically bad approval numbers they should look at Trump's.
