Course, that can carry its own risk.
You don't want to attract the attention of a sociopath - neither through positive nor negative reinforcement. Bad either way. Makes it a danger to avoid or engage. That's a scary thought, considering you never know until you do.
I've now creeped myself out.

I remember the whole Manson episode. California was in a huge panic at the time.
