I watched this on Andrea Mitchell. It was not the bombshell it was set up for. The officer said until recently she didn't know the warning was about underage girls. She said they never got any actual complaint. She just heard to watch out for him regard young women. I'm not used to seeing MSNBC pull a dud, it was disappointing.

In high schools for grades 9-12, the youngest age is 13 or 14, depending on the cut off date.
