And when you suggest that 'we' should have let the south secede, to this man it sounds like you are claiming superiority I hope like hell you live in California, New York, Minnesota or some state like that.

Because if you live in Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana or any or the other trump loving plains states, you are a hypocrite. At least the southern racist can claim they come by it honestly. The Trump voters from the Midwestern states are pissing on their ancestors graves. When you read about the bravery, suffering and valor of the Midwestern boys in the civil war it is appalling that their ancestors are voting for a racist SOB. Just read about the losses that the Iowa boys had.

All of American was and is racist. The south, due to it history and agricultural patterns has born the largest burden of that legacy. And rightly so. But the rest of American is not excused.
