10. Yes the "'concession" has become merely a media spectacle

They want to gain eyeballs for advertising from the concession speech, and the breathless lead up, wondering when or (**horrors!) IF there will be one. What will the candidate say! STAY TUNED! And now we have media gold, THE REFUSAL TO CONCEDE! And it all means nothing.
