Is that the money was spent to pander to the ASSUMED sensitivities of white suburban female voters instead of to send Democratic surrogates with actual credibility in the black community to Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Florida to talk about direct aid to cities and criminal justice reform.
