after redrawing the boundaries after the 2010 redistricting. The area had already moved to purple when Sestak ousted 10-term Congressman Curt Weldon (R). Sestak won 2 terms before resigning to run for U.S. Senate to replace Arlen Specter. His loss unfortunately brought us teabagger Toomey.
