Remembering that laws this legislature passes can be repealed by the next one.
But whether it's done now or not, let's hope someone gives all our trumpster neighbors a heads-up on the way their big wind is blowing.
After all, they may be needing, oh, an extra room for an elder relative or pair to live in, one on the ground floor with bath that can be retrofitted to get a walker into? And just think of all those people who might have to learn to live on only one income because someone has to stay home with dad. (7 times more often it's going to be her.)
Best they know as soon as possible.
