From what I have seen Florida was a mathematical impossibility for Trump to
win because of the early vote .... he needed to win >80% of all the vote on
election day to win but that would have been impossible because some predominantly
African American areas voted that day.

I think Beth Clarkson of Wichita State U. would be good a person to talk to.
