30. The first time I'd noticed it

was when he did it to Neil Gorsuch. It was so bizarre, like he was trying to knock him off balance and he wouldn't let go of his hand. Usually when men are being aggressive, they are more subtle than that, like that hand squeeze that you can't see, combined with a toothy grin.
