Why any contractor would agree to do work for this bunch of grifters without getting the cash up front is beyond me.

I guess some people are still impressed by the Trump 'brand' and think he's going to shower them with bonuses and perks. They'll be lucky to see payment of any kind. Trump has done this his entire life. He takes them to court and they withdraw their claims since they'd be paying so much in legal fees it wouldn't be worth it. Trump is a thief, plain and simple.
