We haven't heard that since Donnie Two Scoops has been appointing at an unprecedented rate Federalist Society judges to all the empty judgeships the Repugs held back from President Obama -- including Scalia's spot.

Even so, the alleged president and his motley crew got nailed again, and that's a good thing.
