Just like No One held the banks accountable for massive fraud and the crash of the US economy. And like No One held the W. RepubliCONS accountable for torture and spying on Americans without warrants.

So, it's not that they think they wont get caught or identified, it's just that no one has ever bothered to prosecute them when they were caught red handed. We seem to have a history of allowing RepuliCONS to get out of jail free.
