3. So weird, Fred Meijer

Here in Michigan in the Midwest, we have Meijer's, a grocery store chain whose stores are massive and contain everything Walmart does only not as cheap, and the have the best produce around. This chain was started by Fred Meijer who recently passed, but not before becoming one of the great philanthropists in West Michigan. Mejier was a great man and an atheist who gave to so many causes, but rarely asked that his name be placed on a building in return for his giving.
