Some of the legal experts I read on Twitter are saying that for one of the first times, one of his legal challengers is "out-Trumping Trump", LOL.
He's always use the tactic of keeping his challengers constantly on the run in court cases, thereby stretching cases out for years with the associated extremely high costs which many times results in out of court settlements.
In this case, attorney Michael Avenatti is using that exact tactic against Trump by always staying out in front with court actions and in the press, which keeps Trump's people running defense rather than offense.
