might try to argue that this shows the FBI is already leaking material found in Cohen's office, with this supposedly bolstering their argument that the FBI should not be allowed to have this material at all.

I don't know where the leak came from, though, and it's possible Cohen or an associate leaked it to try to make such a claim plausible.
